Lake Arrowhead

Jess produced a commercial that was shooting at Lake Arrowhead, so B and I decided to join him for the adventure and a mini get-away. 

We had to do some pick ups for the job in Burbank before we left, so we had to eat lunch at Bob's Big Boy!  Breckin and Bob became fast friends and she pointed to all the bob figurines she saw in the restaurant and said "bob"

She ate half my burger and some of daddy's chili.  I mean...look at these twins!!!

We made it to arrowhead village around 4. Daddy had some work to do, so B and went crazy in outlet cute little hotel room at the saddleback inn and walked down to the village to explore.  

We had dinner at the inn's restaurant with daddy, took a jacuzzi bath and hit the hay! 

Daddy was out on the lake all day shooting the commercial.  B and I hit up the village again. We had some McDonald's breakfast with a view. Hit the park again for some swinging. Got some hot chocolate at the chocolate store. Looked in the shops. B tried to steal some purses from Claire's.  It was pretty cold so we headed back to the room for a fire, cartoons, and a nap.

After nap, we walked back to the village for a late lunch of Belgian waffles and strawberries. Then we hiked a ways around the waterfront and looked at the houses.  Every inch of this lakes shoreline has a boat dock on it. And the houses are packed in like sardines.  

B and I had a dinner date at the inn by ourselves b/c daddy was working.  We took another bubble bath after and called it a night.

On our last morning, we took daddy down to show him the village.  We pretty much ruled the village at this point :). We went to the toy store, did some swinging, and headed up the mountain to a burger/shake joint before heading home. 

A great mini vacation!!
