Well...we got out of the swing of blogging. mostly because our freaking camera broke!! so, sorry for the lack of photos.
We spent our time in Denver hanging out with cousin liz and cameron. They were actually moving into their new house! We had a great cookout and played apples to apples. A lot of laughs. Their new neighbors came over, and Jess's cousin, Ben, drove up from Colorado Springs.
We also hung out with friends Casey and Chunk. They actually let us sleep in their guest bedroom almost our whole time in Denver!! Thanks guys! We went to Morrison for a good italian dinner one night, and the rest of our days and nights in Denver were spent at the Mile High Music Festival. Dave Matthews, Tom Petty, John Mayer, Steve Winwood, Black Crows, Leftover Salmon, Moe., Tea Leaf Green...just to name a few. We even got to hang out with Sarah Carson (a KU friend of jess's)What a blast.
We had such a great time...but by the 21st (a solid 3 weeks of traveling) we were excited to get to Oklahoma for some rest, relaxation, and family time!
