A Week at the Pharm

Summer had almost passed us by, and we hadn't even made it to Oklahoma yet! We were getting the itch to get the the farm and the lake and see our family so we made it happen the last week of summer  for Labor Day!  Since Jess just started a new full time gig, he was going to meet up later.  the kids and I headed out early for some serious farm and cousin time.

Daddy dropped us off at the airport on an early friday morning. 

I think B's favorite thing to do is go to the airport and ride on an airplane. She looked so grown up on the bus sitting in between 2 strangers like a big girl. Everyone was commenting on how cute she was and they were very impressed by her maturity =)

Lots of george! B is popping her ears in this pic. George, games, iPads,snacks, a double umbrella stroller, donuts and prizes every hour got us through to Oklahoma!

Jude was off and runnin' as soon as we arrived. The cousins had just gotten home from school and we were ready to hang!

Ben is so OLD. he is now in fourth grade and definitely plays the role of the elder cousin.  He really does love his B and Jude and had so much fun babysitting and earning money from Gaga =) But seriously, he is a man child. 

Louise the kitten. B and J were both OBSESSED. If I was any kind of a nice mother, I would get them a kitten right this instant...they still don't have one. 

I made two weaves on the back porch for Lo's new YOGA STUDIO on MAIN STREET ! 

GGs arts and crafts table was a very popular and very messy place to hang out. 

The pond was looking BEAUTIFUL! 

Lots of gator rides.  Both kids LOVED the gator.  

We named this lone gray cow Brooke, after my gray haired cali girl.  I sent her this pic and she immediately made it her wallpaper of her phone she was so honored ;)

I got to crash Candy and Matt's fantasy football draft party. I got to see candy's new house and tyler dressed up like this (he was the loser of the league last year) It was an awesome night of fried fish and catching up with old friends.

Jude and Des had some sweet times hanging out.  Jude lights up everytime he sees his big boy cousins. 

We spent a day at Mimi's house.  The girls made her a present and she loved it.

The weather was perfect which meant lots of porch time! 

We were lucky enough to be in town for the Thursday night OSU season opener against Tulsa. The whole fam (minus gaga who was resting at home) loaded up after work to head to stillwater! We got there with enough time to eat Hideaway and gawk at the tailgaters before heading in to watch the game in it's entirety. halftime too...and the band ended their performance with "hey jude". for real. 

The kids were tired but had so much fun.
