Christmas in California

We were heading to Oklahoma on Christmas Eve, but we enjoyed some Christmas festivities in Cali before we left.

B attended 3 Christmas parties!  One with the adults and two with her baby friends.

Dressed with Christmas spirit!  We went to a yankee swap with some of our kidless friends, but they welcomed B!  It was a lot of fun.  B slept in their bedroom most of the evening and allowed us some playtime!  It was a miracle!  Before the party we had dinner in the Marina and watched the boat parade of lights on the water while we feasted.  Fun new tradition!
She loves to eat aunt Nay Nay's hair!

We had one baby christmas at Moms Group and a yankee swap baby christmas at a Moms Group mom's house.

Christmas babies!

This was Breckin's christmas gift from her daddy and I.  Since we live to far away from family, I made her this scrapbook that has a picture of her family members with their names beside their picture.  Right now, she is just into chewing it, but I hope it helps her get to know her family one day!

We did a lot posing in front of the Christmas tree!

enough with the pics already, mom!

One evening, we went to Coffee Bean for some holiday coffees and drove around the Palisades looking at Christmas lights.

The night before we left for Oklahoma.  We exchanged gifts as a family of 3.  Jess and I did a $20 limit.  We drank wine and opened our simple but heartfelt gifts.  Christmas felt extra special this year with our little B.
