Almost every Sunday our buddies in the band John Wayne Bro play at the corner motorcycle/clothing/coffee shop called Deus ex Machina (god of the machine?). They call it Sunday Mass and serve free beer and sausages/hamburgers. We have made a habit of going since it is a short walk from our house. Sunday was Breckin's first time to attend and her first time to wear her baby headphones since the the band was rocking loud. It was a successful outing and Breckin was very popular. Strangers were coming up and asking to take her picture! An added bonus was Bobby C. made the trek from Hollywood to hang with us and went to the show too. We hasn't seen him since our wedding almost 2 years ago! He is a music engineer and is always "laying down some tracks" at the studio.
It was my first time to have a few too many drinks in a loooong time so Jess gave Breckin her very first bottle. She seemed to take it alright. We are going to try to sprinkle in bottles here and there to help prepare for our first date/babysitter night! Soon I hope...
