Herb Garden

Two weekends ago we were strolling down Abbott Kinney looking for some big  boy shirts for Jess, and we saw these maple sap buckets from Vermont on sale at the antique store. We reminisced about our time in Vermont last summer and decided we should get a few.  They inspire me to plant some maples on the farm and make my own syrup. Yum.

We have also been wanting to plant an herb garden so these were perfect to hang from the house.  Jess just had to drill a hole in the bottom for drainage.

We picked some herbs up from Home Depot along with MORE tomato plants last weekend (3rd time...we have a pesky opossum).
