We headed to San Francisco for the weekend to celebrate Jess' uncle greg's 50th birthday. Jess' parents, Jim and Janet, and grandparents, susanne and gordon, also came for the event which was icing on the cake =)
Friday we got to laura and greg's after dinner time. We checked out their new house, played with the kids, drank some wine, and visited.
Saturday was the big day. We spent most of the day keeping the kids busy (they have 4 kids under the age of 5) while Laura and Greg prepped for the party. They had several friends and family from all over come for the day. It was a very nice party with a lot of fun conversation.
Sunday we went to Sausolito. A little, boulder like town across the bay from San Fran. We also hit up the Marketplace in San Fran (where the ferries take off) on our way out of town. They had DELICIOUS fresh oysters.

Laura (greg's wife) surprised him with a bagpiper. He wanted one at their wedding and she wouldn't allow it!
